Description:
Hi God 5 continues the Hi God tradition of music for children pre-school through eighth grade. This new collection contains 22 songs, hymns, rounds and acclamations for the liturgical year and a variety of catechetical moments. This is cheerful, fun, upbeat music featuring guitar, piano, drums, flute, oboe, strings and children's choir with two and three-part harmonies.
The second CD in this 2-CD set contains instrumental versions of the 22 songs on the first, while the children's book includes music from both Hi God 4 and Hi God 5. The songbook offers guitar and keyboard accompaniments, solo instrument parts and selected harmonies.
With "Songs of Quiet Prayer," "Scripture Songs and Story Songs" and "Songs of Celebration and Praise," Hi God 5 will be an indispensable addition to the repertoire of catechists, teachers, music educators and liturgical musicians who work with children.
