Pier Giorgio Frassati was an Italian Catholic known for his deep faith, service to the poor, and love of the outdoors, often combining mountain climbing with prayer and friendship. The phrase "Verso l'alto" is often associated with him. It means "to the heights", which he related to his spirituality: to always search for that which is higher than himself. He died at age 24 in 1925, and his joyful, virtuous life led to his beatification by Pope John Paul II in 1990, who praised him as a model for young people. He was canonized a Saint by Pope Leo XIV on September 7th, 2025. Keep your rosary close at hand with this unique and convenient satchel-style rosary case.

Rosary Pouch is Perfect
I had a leadership training class for my junior and senior students in youth ministry and these were perfect gifts for them. I love that they can carry their rosary with them and it's safe and discreet. The medal of Pier Giorgio on it is lovely too. I also gave these as gifts to my college bound students. They're very sweet and well made and it's not an ordinary type gift. I have never seen anything like this to carry a rosary. .
